Steven Koecher - Susan Powell connection

Utah residents Steven Koecher and Susan Powell both disappeared in the same week of December 2009. On the day Susan Powell disappeared, Steven Koecher abruptly left a party near his home in St. George, Utah and made a beeline toward West Valley City, Utah.
